Pre-Design Checklist

Communicating with our clients to learn about their business or organization is imperative. Because our business is primarily web-based, most communication is accomplished initially through our Pre-Design checklist and then via email and phone. Of course, if we are within physical traveling distance, we are more than happy to meet with you in person. What do you want to accomplish with your website? During the initial comminications we will discuss budget constraints, timelines for completion, business objectives, and target audiences.

Proposal

After learning the details of what you desire, our team will then prepare a formal proposal. This proposal will give you a clear understanding of what we plan to create for your Internet presence; basic content, design, and technical functions.

Submission of Content

Once a proposal is accepted, and a contract has been signed, we will deliver a checklist. Those involved in supplying images, text content, and other information for the website will receive the specified dates when the information is needed in order to stay within the time line of your desired launch date.

Design & Development

Once the Internet Attendance staff has received the necessary information from you we enter the design and development stage of your website. The basic design dictates how appealing your website will be, however a beautiful, eye catching site won’t be successful unless it is user friendly. Nothing is more frustrating than trying to find information on a website where the navigation is confusing. Simple navigation is imperative for the enjoyment of your audience. Both an attractive design and functionality are of utmost importance, however when we build websites we focus on function first.

Review, Test & Launch

After we have tested your website in house, we submit your website to you so you may review it. During this time we receive feedback from you on any modifications you may want us to make prior to the official launch of the website. After your review and we receive your approval on the site and any changes that were made, your new website is finished and goes live!
